Shipping & Delivery
Every Nessu Design product is placed in a gift box that will be sent in an appropriate shipping packaging. The parcels are shipped to the address provided with the buyers order. All parcels are sent registered, insured and with priority.
The customer will receive a consignment number in order to track the postal item.
With domestic parcel sending throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein there is next day delivery. The parcels are handed over to the recipient in return for signature only.
The international parcels delivery time can be between 2-20 days.
Delivery times have to be considered from the shipping date, when the order is taken in charge by the courier. The length of time to deliver an item varies by many factors. Nessu Design cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they are only average delivery times in working days and the day of posting is not included.
With international shipping there may occur additional custom fees, taxes, duties, or any other charges. Nessu Design not liable for these additional cost.

Easy Returns
Before return, please contact Nessu Design for further information.
In case of returns (within 14 days of receipt) the product will be accepted in its original condition.
Please don`t wear or use the product in case of return. Please don`t use the gift box gif box for resend. The customer must mail the product back in an appropriate shipping packaging in order to prevent the damage. The returns should be insured and should have a tracking number. If the item is being returned the costs have to covered by the buyer.
Nessu Design reserves the right to refuse returned articles if there is any suspicion of the product having been damaged by the client. Please consider that Nessu Design is not responsible for your returned parcel in case of loss or damage or if it is sent to the wrong address. If these problems may occur the cost of the item will not be refunded.

Product Care jewelry&bijoux

As the Nessu Design necklaces are standalone, delicate designer jewellery they will require some attention from you. The necklaces will react differently based on frequency of wear and how you take care of them. Therefore it is recommended not to expose the jewellery to perfume, lotions, or any other chemicals. This will damage the finish.

Product Care metal artworks

Depending on the place where you keep them, and the atmospheric conditions your artwork could rust in spite of the metal enamel or the acrylic varnish. This is not a defect . You can maintain the shiny metal look [entirely optional] by applying a clear metal enamel, available in a spray can at your local hardware store. Otherwise just wipe clean with a soft cotton cloth.
